The Anti-Racist Action network is a direct action network of grassroots anti-racist and ati-fascist chapters around the US and Canada with international affiliates in Asia and South America. Anti-Racist Action-Los Angeles/People Against Racist Terror (ARA-LA/PART) is a 21-year-old group that publishes "Turning the Tide: Journal of Anti-Racist Action, Research & Education" and, primarily through coalition work is involved in prisoner rights and political prisoner support work, CopWatch and police accountability organizing, exposure of organized and institutional white supremacy, and support for decolonization and indigenous sovereignty. We also work to support GI resisters and to counter Veterans & Military in the schools. We sponsor "Stop Police Abuse Now!" (stop-polabuse@yahoogroups.com) and work in the Jericho Amnesty Coalition to free all political prisoners.
