Military Families Speak Out Issue 125 -
Yemeni Clerics: Jihad if US Sends Troops comes from a January 14, 2010 Associated Press bulletin in which "a group of prominet Muslim clerics warned...they will cal for jihad, or holy war, if the U.S. sends troops to fight al-Qaida in Yemen." They went on to say they believe an upcoming international conference on Yemen will clear the way for "occupation by foreign nations."
