Congress is now considering President Bush's request for an additional $145 billion to pay for the wars inIraq and Afghanistan through September 30, 2008...

These funds are in addition to the $95.5 billions which Congress and the President...

The focus must quickly shift to the $145 billions supplemental spending request for FY 08...

If the focus doesn't shift, the war will end up being fully funded through September 30, 2008 and, quite likely, beyond.
